Name our new event!
February 5th, 2013For the last couple of years we have been running Kids Book Swap events on the last Friday of every month at Forestville Library.
An author or illustrator, or sometimes both, come along to these events to share their latest story with the children. We encourage all children involved to bring along a preloved book to swap with someone else.
We bring cake and everyone has a jolly old time.
We have noticed over the last six months that the children struggle to remember to bring a book to swap. They all love the author visits, but not so much the Book Swap.
So this year we thought we would revamp our library event and turn it into more of an author event. Kids Book Swap no longer fits the event. We need a new name!
We thought we would throw it open to our trusty followers to see if you can come up with something spectacular.
